Tri-Color Egg Dish

    Ingredients:


  • Three eggs, well beaten
  • 1 medium green bell pepper cubed approximately 1-2 inch
  • 1 medium red bell pepper cubed approximately 1-2 inch
  • One small onion, chopped
  • Cooking oil
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt

Method of cooking:

Put two tablespoons cooking oil in the frying pan and bring it to medium hot. Put the beaten eggs into the pan and stir constantly until it becomes firm pieces. Move it onto a plate. Put the onion into the same pan and stir for one minute. It should get soft. Add the cubed green pepper and red pepper in the frying pan. Stir constantly for about two minutes. Sprinkle salt and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Add the cooked eggs and mix well. Serve.
